Shipping
Bravident ships to selected countries and regions, including the U.S., Canada, Australia, the EU, the U.K., Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and parts of Southeast Asia.

For Hong Kong orders, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after shipment, with some orders arriving as soon as the next day.

For other destinations, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Size Exchanges
We want you and your dog to love your Bravident products.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact help@bravidentus.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.

For eligible items that do not fit properly, we offer one size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when requesting a size exchange. Once the returned item is received and approved, Bravident will cover the standard shipping cost of sending the replacement size.

For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or selecting the wrong size, customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, where applicable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EU customers’ statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable, remain unaffected. Please refer to the policy information in our website footer for details.

Return Shipping & Duties
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable international duties, taxes, or customs fees.

For approved size exchanges, once the returned item has been received and inspected, Bravident will cover the standard shipping cost of sending the replacement size.
