Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at help@bravidentus.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your case as quickly as possible, please include:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos of the issue

Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.


Size Exchange Policy

We offer one size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be:

1. Brand new

2. Unused and unwashed

3. With all original tags attached

For size exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when sending the original item back to us.

Please contact our customer service team at help@bravidentus.com to request the specific warehouse return address before shipping the item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is safely returned.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Bravident will cover the standard shipping cost of sending the replacement size.


Shipping Costs

For size exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to us.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, Bravident will cover the standard shipping cost of sending the replacement size to the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges related to returning the item. Bravident will still cover the standard shipping cost of the replacement size after the returned item has been received and approved, unless otherwise confirmed by our customer service team.


Quality Issues Upon Delivery

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at help@bravidentus.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review your case.

Damage caused by misuse, modification, chewing, scratching, or normal wear and tear is not considered a quality issue.

For manufacturing defects that appear after delivery, please refer to our Limited Warranty policy.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

1. Used, washed, or damaged items, unless verified defective

2. Final sale or clearance items

3. Products discounted 40% or more, unless verified defective upon delivery

4. Return or size exchange requests made after the 7-day return or exchange window

5. Items without original tags attached

6. Damage caused by chewing, scratching, misuse, or modification

7. Normal wear and tear, including fraying, fading, or pilling

This does not apply to eligible limited warranty claims.
