Bravident realiza envíos a determinados países y regiones, incluidos Estados Unidos, Canadá, Australia, la Unión Europea, el Reino Unido, Japón, Corea del Sur y algunas zonas del Sudeste Asiático.

Si tu artículo llega defectuoso, dañado o incorrecto, ponte en contacto con help@bravidentus.com dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la entrega, indicando tu número de pedido y enviando fotos claras del producto para que podamos ayudarte lo antes posible.
Para los artículos que no se ajusten correctamente, ofrecemos un único cambio de talla dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la entrega para los artículos elegibles. Los artículos deben estar completamente nuevos, sin usar, sin lavar y con todas las etiquetas y el embalaje original incluidos.
En los cambios de talla, el cliente es responsable de los gastos de envío para devolver el artículo original. Una vez recibido y aprobado el artículo devuelto, Bravident cubrirá los gastos de envío estándar para enviar la nueva talla.
Para devoluciones por motivos personales, cambio de opinión o elección incorrecta de talla, los clientes pueden solicitar una devolución dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la entrega, cuando corresponda. Los gastos de devolución correrán a cargo del cliente.

Gastos de devolución y tasas aduaneras
