How do I ensure a precision fit for my dog?
For dog apparel, the most important measurement is your dog’s chest girth, followed by back length. For harnesses, measure your dog’s chest at its widest point and neck circumference, and also consider your dog’s weight. Compare your measurements with our size chart to find the best fit. How do I choose between a rain jacket and a winter coat?
Our rain jackets are designed for wet, windy, and rainy conditions, while our winter coats are made for colder walks when your dog needs extra warmth and coverage. If your dog needs both rain protection and warmth, we recommend checking our Rain-to-Snow Kit.
Can my dog wear a harness under the jacket?

Yes. Bravident ships to many countries and regions, including the U.S., Canada, Australia, the EU, the U.K., Japan, South Korea, and selected countries and regions in Southeast Asia. Available destinations and shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment. Selected regions in Southeast Asia may arrive within 5–7 business days.

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $150 will incur a standard shipping fee.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. We offer one size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Who pays for shipping during a size exchange?
For size exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to us.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, Bravident will cover the standard shipping cost of sending the replacement size to you.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do Bravident products come with a warranty?
Yes. Bravident offers a 6-month to 1-year limited warranty, depending on the product, from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to verified defects in materials or workmanship. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What does the warranty cover?

What is not covered by the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by chewing, scratching, biting, misuse, improper washing or care, product modifications, lost or stolen items, or normal wear and tear such as fraying, fading, pilling, scratches, or stains.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Please email us at help@bravidentus.com with your order number or proof of purchase, clear photos or videos showing the issue, and a brief description of what happened. Our team will review your claim and reply within 5 business days.
Please do not send any item back before contacting our customer service team. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement item, a comparable replacement, or a Bravident gift card, depending on the situation.
