Si votre article arrive défectueux, endommagé ou incorrect, veuillez contacter help@bravidentus.com dans un délai de 7 jours suivant la livraison, en indiquant votre numéro de commande et en joignant des photos claires du produit afin que nous puissions vous aider dans les meilleurs délais.
Pour les articles dont la taille ne convient pas, nous proposons un échange de taille unique dans les 7 jours suivant la livraison pour les articles éligibles. Les articles doivent être neufs, inutilisés, non lavés et comporter toutes les étiquettes ainsi que l’emballage d’origine.
Pour les échanges de taille, les clients sont responsables des frais d’expédition pour le retour de l’article initial. Une fois l’article retourné reçu et approuvé, Bravident prend en charge les frais d’expédition standard pour l’envoi de la nouvelle taille.
Pour les retours liés à une préférence personnelle, un changement d’avis ou un mauvais choix de taille, les clients peuvent demander un retour dans un délai de 7 jours suivant la livraison, lorsque cela est applicable. Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.
