Resi e cambio taglia

Se il prodotto ricevuto presenta difetti, danni o non corrisponde a quello ordinato, contatta help@bravidentus.com entro 7 giorni dalla consegna, indicando il numero dell’ordine e allegando foto chiare del prodotto, così potremo assisterti il prima possibile.
Per gli articoli che non risultano della taglia corretta, offriamo un cambio taglia entro 7 giorni dalla consegna per gli articoli idonei. Gli articoli devono essere nuovi, mai utilizzati, non lavati e devono includere tutte le etichette originali e la confezione originale.
Per i cambi taglia, il cliente è responsabile dei costi di spedizione per la restituzione dell’articolo originale. Dopo aver ricevuto e verificato l’articolo restituito, Bravident coprirà i costi di spedizione standard per l’invio della nuova taglia.
Per i resi dovuti a preferenze personali, ripensamenti o scelta errata della taglia, i clienti possono richiedere un reso entro 7 giorni dalla consegna, ove applicabile. Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione sono a carico del cliente.
