Yes. Bravident ships to selected international countries and regions. Available shipping destinations and shipping rates will be shown in the country/region selector or at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after shipment, while selected regions in Southeast Asia may arrive within 5–7 business days.

For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, or local delivery fees may apply depending on your country or region. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Return Policy
We want you and your dog to love your Bravident products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact help@bravidentus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you as soon as possible.

For items that do not fit properly, we offer one size exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging included.

For size exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to us. Once the returned item is received and approved, Bravident will cover the standard shipping cost of sending the replacement size.

For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or selecting the wrong size, customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery where applicable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

EU customers’ statutory rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right where applicable, remain unaffected. Please see the policy information in our homepage footer for details.

Exchange Policy
We offer one size exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. For size exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to us. Once the returned item is received and approved, Bravident covers the standard shipping cost of the replacement size.

We are committed to choosing more responsible materials whenever possible. Many Bravident products use fluorine-free or PFC/PFAS-free materials, along with durable fabrics designed for long-term everyday use. Please check each product page for specific material details.

Yes. Bravident offers a 6-month to 1-year limited warranty, depending on the product, from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to verified defects in materials or workmanship.

Damage caused by chewing, scratching, biting, misuse, improper care, product modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at help@bravidentus.com with your order number or proof of purchase, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of what happened.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items received upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
