상품 사이즈가 맞지 않는 경우, 조건에 해당하는 상품에 한해 상품 수령 후 7일 이내 1회 사이즈 교환이 가능합니다. 상품은 반드시 새 상품 상태여야 하며, 사용하지 않았고 세탁하지 않은 상태로 모든 원래의 태그와 포장이 함께 있어야 합니다.
사이즈 교환 시, 기존 상품을 Bravident로 반송하는 배송비는 고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다. 반송된 상품이 도착하고 상태 확인 후 승인되면, 교환 상품을 보내드리는 일반 배송비는 Bravident에서 부담합니다.
단순 변심, 구매 후 변경된 결정, 잘못된 사이즈 선택 등 상품 품질과 관련 없는 사유로 인한 반품의 경우, 해당 조건에 따라 상품 수령 후 7일 이내 반품 신청이 가능합니다. 반품 배송비는 고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다.
