Returns & Size Exchanges We do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact help@bravidentus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We offer one size exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Return Shipping & Duties Customers are responsible for return shipping and any international duties, taxes, or customs fees. Once the returned item is received and approved, Bravident covers the standard shipping cost of the replacement size.
