Shipping
Bravident ships to selected countries and regions, including the U.S., Canada, Australia, the EU, the U.K., Japan, South Korea, and parts of Southeast Asia. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Size Exchanges
We want you and your dog to love your Bravident products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact help@bravidentus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you as soon as possible.

For items that do not fit properly, we offer one size exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging included.

For size exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to us. Once the returned item is received and approved, Bravident will cover the standard shipping cost of sending the replacement size.

For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or selecting the wrong size, customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery where applicable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

EU customers’ statutory rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right where applicable, remain unaffected. Please see the policy information in our homepage footer for details.

Return Shipping & Duties
Customers are responsible for return shipping and any international duties, taxes, or customs fees. Once the returned item is received and approved, Bravident covers the standard shipping cost of the replacement size.
