Product Information
Yes. Sustainability is core to our mission:
• Our human and dog jackets and dog coats are made from PFC-free fabrics, certified by SGS for PFAS testing and compliant with AFIRM, REACH & POPs, and OEKO-TEX standards.
• Our waist packs are crafted from recycled plastic bottles.
• Our poop bags are compostable and biodegradable, minimizing environmental impact.

Orders & Shipping
Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days in the U.S. and 7–10 business days internationally (up to 14 with customs), though shipping may take a little longer during holidays or peak seasons. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated.
We ship across the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and to selected countries worldwide.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight, and we’ll make sure your order gets to you safely.
U.S. orders over $100 ship free; under $100, standard shipping fees apply.
International shipping costs vary by destination and weight, with customs or local fees possible.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.
Submit a request via our “Contact Us” page with your order number and reason. We’ll respond within 3–4 business days with next steps.
We cover return shipping for items with quality issues. For size or personal preference exchanges, the customer is responsible.Items discounted 40% or more will be considered final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Also please note that orders of $400 or more will be considered final sale and will not be accepted for returns.
Warranty
Yes, all products are covered by a warranty ranging from 6 months to 1 year from the date of purchase. We will replace or refund items that have manufacturing defects.
Please note that normal wear and tear, chewing damage, or misuse are not covered under this warranty.
