Return & Exchange Policy
Return Period
• You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be new, unused, and unwashed, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping damage.
• Items must be free of stains or damage and returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable).
• Final sale items and products discounted 40% or more are not eligible.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for quality issues or sizing problems. Non-quality and non-size related reasons are not eligible.
Return Process
1. Submit a return/exchange request on our website or contact us at help@bravidentus.com.
2. Once approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for return.
4. After receiving and inspecting the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only; cash refunds are not available.
Shipping Costs
• Defective items or incorrect shipments: Bravident covers the return shipping cost.
• Size or color issues (non-defective): Covered under our Size Fit Guarantee — no return shipping required for the one-time free size exchange.
• Non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind / wrong size without exchange): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• International orders: Return shipping is generally paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.
Quality Issues & Warranty
• If your item has a defect, damage, or was shipped incorrectly, we provide full return, exchange, or warranty support.
• Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or a description of the issue.
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Size Fit Guarantee – One Free Exchange
• If the clothing or dog harness you ordered does not fit, you are eligible for one free size exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Alternatively, you may reorder the same product in a different size at a 50%–60% discounted price — no return required.
• This offer applies to one-time size adjustments and must be requested within the 30-day return window.
• The original item must meet the return conditions (new, unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags).
Non-Returnable Items
• Used, washed, or damaged products (unless defective)
• Final sale or clearance items
• Requests made after the 30-day return window
• Any item not meeting the return conditions
• Damage caused by chewing, scratching, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear (fraying, fading, pilling)
• Modifications or alterations beyond the warranty period
