Return Process
1. Submit a return/exchange request on our website or contact us at help@bravidentus.com.
2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for return.
4. After receiving and inspecting the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only; cash refunds are not available.
Shipping Costs
• Defective items or incorrect shipments: Bravident covers the return shipping cost.
• Size or color issues: No return shipping is required under our Size Fit Guarantee.

• If your item has a defect, damage, or was shipped incorrectly, we provide full return, exchange, or warranty support.

• If the clothing or dog harness you ordered does not fit, you may purchase the same product in a different size at a 50%–60% discounted price.
